Hi everyone!!! I have a question about the difference between a product owner and a project manager. Who can explain their roles and responsibilities?

Hi, of course I can help to understand this. The Product Owner and Project Manager play key roles in product development, but their roles are different. The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and maximizing the value of the product to customers. The Project Manager, on the other hand, is responsible for planning, managing resources, controlling budget and timelines, and coordinating the development team. If interested in learning more about product-owner-vs-project-manager , I recommend checking out this article on romtos.com. It gives a great description of the roles and the difference between them.
