Druid Lacerate Skill Changes: A Step Forward?
The Druid Lacerate skill has undergone some changes in Diablo 4 items Patch 2.1.2, specifically a reversion of the movement restriction while channeling the ability. Many players had voiced concerns about the previous version, which forced you to stand still while using Lacerate.
Personally, I think this is a great move. The ability to move while using Lacerate makes the Druid’s playstyle much more fluid and adaptable in combat. It opens up new possibilities for positioning, especially in hectic fights where mobility is key to survival. Prior to this change, I found myself getting overwhelmed, as standing still left me vulnerable to surrounding enemies.
However, some might argue that the ability to move while channeling Lacerate makes the skill a bit too strong. It might be worth considering if this change impacts the balance of Druid gameplay, especially in competitive scenarios.
What do you all think? Do you find the change beneficial, or buy diablo 4 items does it make the Druid too overpowered in certain situations?
