Please, explain is the difference between install from the Web/ISOs downloads for reg users and first time installs. Why having code for Delphi XE2 by SA I'm not authorized to download installs for reg users though there is web install on maintenance.embarcadero.com page?

It looks until you registered your copy you're unable to access the registered user download page. They should have added a way to register the product before you install it, but they didn't.Even worse, when I bought three upgrades to XE2, the seller just sent me the web installer link, not the one to the ISO, and the Installaware web installer is not one of my favourite piece of software....Customer support is still the weaker side of BorCodeDero, compare it to dowloading software from MSDN and the difference is very huge.

I encountered this issue on all XE, XE2, XE3, XE4 and XE5 versions of the RAD Studio (other users encountered this issue on Delphi7 also). There is a free trial version of affected RAD Studio XE5 on embarcadero.com site.
