An annual spring festival & water race on the Seddon Channel in downtown Tampa to watch rowing sprints, the oldest intercollegiate sporting event on Saturday & paddle-board, kayak & dragon boat races on Sunday.  It is named for President Theodore Roosevelt who sculled at Harvard and then spent time on Tampa shores in 1898.
